It is a prime patch of land spread over 8.25 acres, that is easily worth Rs 60 crores. But the family that owns the property and controls the Temple Trust maintains the virgin urban forest for the greater common good of the locality. The thick vegetation, an exceptional example of biodiversity, not only gifts the entire area with pure air and high ground water level, but also provides a haven for numerous creatures, and furthers the academic interests of the students of the district.
