In the Florida panhandle some companies have a maintenance tech position. Usually that's where you start before becoming a service tech.

My first HVAC Job I walked into a big hvac company and lied. I went in the door and said I got a call to come here for an interview I do not remember the name of the person that called me one packet later and an interview and I got the Job.😂

Go union, it’s the best way to get into this trade with no experience. Thats what I did, I started green not knowing anything about hvac
