I used to have a boss in the spray business that learned how to fly at Eagle Co. He would fly a 65 hp Taylorcraft from Eagle to Denver. He said a couple times he had to turn back! I sure miss flying with that guy! Great Video!

What is your opinion of the 60. I understand it’s one of the few jets you can takeoff with full fuel and full cabin. My uncle had a Lear 24B and a 25D model. That 24 was better than any ride I’ve ever been on…

Of course we like 'this guy with you'. LOL Kris, what are you typed in? Lear 60 and 65, anything else? Next question, when on the descent, you said you were 'warming up the wings.' Are they electrically heated for deice, and you were just bringing them up in temperature? I really am enjoying these videos because we are getting to see crew coordination. I think this is important, even if you're flying GA 'small' airplanes and you regularly have someone in the right seat, wife, girlfriend, husband, etc., who isn't a rated pilot, or may not be as 'rated' as the PIC. After BrYan's little adventure with the Alternator not being switched on, I told him that I thought that Eren would do well with a Pinch Hitter course. I think that should be applicable to anyone who flies regularly in a small airplane and sits in the right seat. One of the reasons I'm happy to hear that Kim is either actively, or planning on persuing her PPL. It's always nice to have that second set of hands and eyes. So, yeah, I'm liking what I'm seeing here. Oh yeah, 6,000' in less than three minutes from 34,000'? Done in two and a half minutes? Very impressive!
