Very well shot! I never knew that the planes turn from 15 onto 8 to come to the terminal that way. Thanks for posting.

Hello & thank you very much for watching. Yes if they land on runway 15 they turn left onto runway 8, usually they land on runway 8 and turn right off of 8 and park at the terminal.

I have always practiced on my MSFS, ILS RWY 08. I am going to plan this approach from now on, I always knew that it was a thing, but my Simbrief flight planner never gave me this, I am very excited about this "4 stack visual approach".

I just flew into here earlier in the month. Was a Monday and could see the Verdugo Mtns. clearly. Was in training all week for a job. Got smoggier as the week went on though. But yeah, the mtns. are beautiful here when it's clear!! I took SW from SFO. Going back, we went to the west, 'till about W. Hills, then an sharp north turn. Could see the 5 clearly, Santa Clarita/Valencia, the backup on 14, and the grapevine, then Bakersfield then Visalia, before we turned to the west, over Diablo Range, then the usual turn over Monterey and over the Santa Cruz Mtns. and up the peninsula to SFO. Beautiful area and I hope to come back soon. Live in Santa Rosa Area btw. Everyone down there knows Santa Rosa. Rohnert Park, they have no clue about!! Until I mentioned Sonoma State University that is. LOL.

Yes this Runway is rare to land on in an airliner so always cool when it happens, I've landed several times on this runway in smaller aircraft and the helicopters use this runway a lot for training. Of coarse the airlines depart on this runway all the time unless the wind comes up. Thank you for watching John 😎👍

Whenever I fly into Burbank, the plane always approaches from the west and flys along Sherman Way. I’ve never flown into Burbank the way did on this video . Interesting

Nice footage although as much as I enjoy traveling by plane it's my least favorite the reason is I'm afraid of heights but still enjoy it even though it terrifies me a bit
