Jonghyn's adlib in Sherlock and his long note in Stranger made me throw my headphones! MY EARS ARE NOT WORTHY OF SUCH AWESOMENESS! This concert is ICONIC! I hadn't heard SHINe though, that song was really great! I can feel the energy pouring out of that concert. What a time to have been a fan of theirs. It makes me really sad that I didn't discover them until Don't Call Me/Atlantis, but your journey into SHINee has mirrored mine. I just wanted to know their names! I was fortunate enough to go to this concert (and the two previous SWCIV concerts) in Seoul in 2015. I was physically exhausted at the end of each of the 3.5 hr shows, and experienced so many emotions, tears and joy at watching our beautiful boys on stage.

I think most SHAWOLS will agree that SHINee World IV is Peak SHINee. The boys all look beautiful and these white and gold costumes were designed by Key himself. I always laugh at Taemin’s crotch star and wonder if it was a joke Key pulled on him. And white hair on Taemin and Jonghyun is superior imho! Seriously, this entire concert is gold and I’d recommend reacting to the whole thing in chunks because, as I said, it’s Peak SHINee! And JongHyun’s Stranger note will always ruin me just a little. Picasso is also legendary.

That's SHINee for you, pure greatness. And pretty much no one will argue with you on that fact. LOL :D If you think this set was crazy, just wait until you see the full concert. They perform like this for 3 hours straight and they never take more than a 5 minute break in between sets to change their clothes and get ready for the next set. There is actually one more song in this set -- "Picasso" comes right after "Stranger." They don't even have a chance to catch their breath, and yet, right after that, when they interact with the audience, they look and sound like the performance hasn't even started. (You should take the time to watch the full concert DVD sometime, to really understand just how magnificent they are as performers. It's even more mind blowing when you see how unbelievable they are throughout a whole concert. I guarantee you have never experienced anything quite like a full SHINee concert before. :D) If you are impressed with Jonghyun's long high note in "Stranger" -- which was about 20 seconds long -- just wait until you see Onew's performance of "Friend," kzbin.info/www/bejne/ombae3evoNRosJo. Onew broke the record for the longest continuous note at 40+ seconds, just because he could. Or Key's high note in "Like a Fire" live at their SHINee World Concert III (SWC3) in Seoul in 2014, just because he felt like it, kzbin.info/www/bejne/pXXViHusndp_rsU. All the members of SHINee have amazing high note abilities. Even Minho, who is the main rapper and has the deepest voice out of all of them, has been known to hit some impressive high notes on occasion. Fun fact: SHINee's outfits in this performance were designed by Key in collaboration with their stylists. He is the one that embellished them and designed each of them. As SHINee's fashion expert, Key often is the one that comes up with SHINee's look for their MVs and live stages. He has a whole portfolio of sketches of ideas for some of their most iconic stage outfits and he meticulously designs every detail and accessory. "Stranger" is a b-side track which was first released as a bonus track on SHINee's repackaged debut Japanese album in 2011/2012. And then the Korean version was included a few months later on their Sherlock album in 2012. And "SHINe" is part of their Misconceptions of Me album which was released in 2013. "Stranger" just sounds different because, like everything SHINee does, it's all part of their experimental concept and nothing you hear from them will ever sound the same -- even on the same album. Their songs never stick to the same sound or style. As you are discovering, SHINee live is 3000% better than any of their studio versions of their songs -- which says a lot, because SHINee's albums are perfection, and it's pretty hard to outdo perfection. SHINee live is just a whole different breed. I haven’t been irl but you can feel it through the screen! Landon being a Minho bias might just get stunned as I hear Minho is just a godly sculpture of perfection irl, they said cameras don’t give him justice AT ALL. Be prepared. Hoping for a SWC on their 15th anniv! Though I’m not sure if Taemin’s service would end before it with enough time for him to rest first.

Hello, Landon. Yes!! SHINee’s live really is on another level, like they are going to dislocated their bones with the whole dance move lol (its surely is a compliment of their passion to dance). Really loving your reaction on shinee, however, i am desperate to see your reaction on this particular video though :) Please reacts to Key’s mini dancing concert on Amazing Saturday / Nolto’s variety show. There, he’s known as key-ro or the ace of the variety, where he can ‘lead’ the members to guess on lyrics of song and also individually dance to random k-pop dances (he remember all other group choreo!!!!). I rate every kpop concert against this one. The only other group that comes anywhere near close is EXO. SHINee's vocals, dancing, energy remain consistently at a high level throughout the entire show. I'm also impressed with how smoothly they made their transitions throughout the concert. Of course they were working very hard but they made it seem almost effortless. The perfect example of this is after Jjong's long notes in "Stranger". The guy belts out this long note, that you could go out, buy merch, come back and still catch the end of the note. Then, he just kinda strolls back, gets into his position and starts dancing as if it was nothing! This is why SHINee are the kings of the live performance. No one can touch them!
