Landrover discovery 4 commercial rear window regulator replacement

If your looking to to do this job and your landrover is not a commercial then REMEMBER to tape your window up so it don't fall down and break when you remove the regulator. As mine is a commercial my rear windows has been tiger sealed up from the factory so there was no need to tape them up.

Great Video. Removed door cards yesterday and noticed the rear window chips have been removed from the window motors. Could I just replace the chips into the motors to plug in rather than the hole motor?

@@Nmidd9418 cheers 👍 Yes you can do that which I was gunna do but was a lot cheaper to buy the complete window regulator with the chip in than just buying the chip alone. Was more of a fiddly job though

@AnythingLR Was just wondering as the chips are the same price as the motors, Thinking purchase the motors remove the chips and plug them in to the existing motors?
