Hi Dave, it's super cool that you're doing KZbin videos again. In the meantime I have canceled my subscription to every single photographer, except you, because you have always been authentic. The video just looks epic and the quality is beyond compare. But I have to honestly admit that I appreciate your pictures and work very much and find them inspiring, but I much prefer to listen to your wisdom and life experiences. I have done a lot of hiking, just like this. It is not lost on me how much time you spent setting up your Go-Pro for all of the filming. This is super impressive and you are a master of your craft. Dave: First of all, I want to congratulate you on this new experience that few have the courage to face due to the insecurities that such an enterprise offers. Leaving your professional work out of the analysis, I have no doubt that for your experience in such struggles, of which I already have good knowledge (and this one has been very soft compared to previous ones that have hardened your spirit), listening in such scenarios to special companions who trill and sing when you pass by or who seems to howl you in the middle of the solitude of so pretty starry nights, which in turn enrich your eyes if you give them due attention, as well as the difficulties that the terrain offers you in the mountain climbs and, very particularly, when descending them, or inclement rains; on occasions, torrents of water also offer you their sounds and the quality of the element that they carry. And without the very hard difficulties of other of these adventures that you have already experienced, the current one, I imagine, has allowed you to savor being alive, with youth, good health and with goal to achieve, while the world from which you have disconnected for a while live in small miseries from the current pandemic. This observer of your video feels the privilege of witnessing the beautiful journey that here comes to his eyes and imagination through this film. Huge thanks for it.

This is refreshing! I just came back from a 2-week photography trip in the rainforest. It is peaceful as well, but it can get very noisy with all the birds during the day and frogs during the night. Hope to hike through some mountains someday!
