What can I say? Beautiful photos where the star is the fantastic scenery and the light (really no clouds required).

Cheers matey, you are absolutely correct, the scenery was the star of the show. Have a great weekend ahead 🙏🙏🙏

Some really beautiful light in these scenes Izzy, proves you don't always need clouds for great images. Thanks for sharing and have a great week

Thank you Ralph, very much appreciated. True about the clouds and I'll have to get back there soon and put that to the test 😂 Enjoy the rest of the week 🙏🙏🙏

Very beautiful and moving images, Izzy. Your reverence for the location came through. The road was actually a nice leading line and interesting juxtaposition. It didn't spoil the natural beauty like roads can sometimes do. You are the "cloud whisperer"!

Ha Ha Ha, cloud whisperer! Made me laugh out loud! Thank you as always Juanita enjoy the rest of the week 🙏🙏🙏

You are forgiven for the late reply! Getting this one in the bag is the priority and what a location too! Certainly a bit different from your usual but your skills have done the landscape proud. Like you I love zooming in on those little 'gems' in the landscape that get lost using a wide angle lens so my favourite would have to be that little tree! See you next week.
@IzzyAbuleelaPhotography5 ай бұрын
Thank you so much Helen 🙏. I love that little tree too, I'm glad I had the zoom lens in my bag... it doesn't get much use at the moment so I'll have to rectify that. Have a great weekend ahead 🙏🙏🙏

No midges,no precipices, no Raffie the only way I knew it was a genuine piece was the gorgeousness and lushness of the shots. Great stuff Iz really lovely work

Thank you so very much buddy 🙏. There were a great many kangaroos, emus, echidna, eagles, quolls and I was lucky enough to see a couple of owls. Stay well and speak soon 🙏🙏🙏

I've never been the Flinders Ranges though I first landed in Australia almost exactly 58 years ago. The sunrise light looked superb. Loved 10:38 - the road leading to the red crags was so evocative. Thanks for the tip about using silhouettes - I was out a couple of days after seeing this clip and bore it in mind.

Thank you very much Michael, there are many wonderful and amazing places across Australia. I, myself, hadn't realised that the Flinders are exactly that... amazing. Words can't describe the feeling of awe that this location evokes. I will have to go back and soon. Have a great week buddy 🙏🙏🙏

Delightful images Izzy and wonderful memories for Leonie and me. Wilpena Pound is a stunning area unknown to many here in Gosford. I have a lovely image of Razorback taken from Hucks Lookout in the late afternoon. Thanks again for another informative post 😁

And this time I'm the one with a late response! I was away last Sunday and of course change of routine meant that I 'forgot' all about what I normally do! What a gorgeous place and this might sound daft but I could 'feel' the specialness (is that a word?!) that you conveyed about this spectacular place. Gorgeous light and colours that can only be captured in Australia. Perfect Izzy. Just perfect. I only have two lenses as the GFX range are so flipping expensive. my 100-200mm is more or less permanently attached to my 50S ii. Thanks for taking us along and take care Izzy.

No need to explain Jill, it's an honour and a pleasure to have you join me on any of my adventures 🙏. Specialness should be a word if it is not already (copyright JillBaxter 😂). Oh and spot on the lenses are excruciatingly expensive, but well built with quality in mind. Have a great week 🙏🙏🙏

you said it Izzy mate - an awe-inspiring place 🙂 the image at 10:30 illustrated this perfectly - that winding road and beautiful orange glow on the mountains - luvverly are you ever tempted on these still mornings to create a pixel-shift 400MP image? I did it a couple of times but had to buy a new had drive just to store the images!!!!

Next month we go out west to Eromanga, Thargomindah so close to SA. Might get to Innamincka ...... Looking forward to apply all your tips and advice to the photography on our trip.
