It is a nice suburb but it doesn't have many facilities.

The lakeshore area of Ballajura is nicer and has bigger houses and blocks. But Landsdale is valued higher for some reason.

Ballajura does have a nicer lakeshore area and does have some large houses and blocks but the majority of Ballajura has smaller blocks and houses than Landsdale.

@@vloggersontheloose There is actually 3 distinct areas in Ballajura, Lakeshore which has blocks all over 800 sqm , north and central which has blocks 600 to 800 sqm and south Ballajura which was developed much later and has the smaller blocks and homes.

Nice area but seems a bit expensive being so far away from the city and not much out there.

Yes - it does seem expensive considering the lack of amenities.
