Lane 1...Tips Tricks Hits and Misses !...,Roger Pace

In this video we shoot from Lane 1 . On this lane we need to position ourselves so that we can comfortably swing our body for the left hand swinger. Our gun hold point is 1/4, of the length of the trap house, from the left. We let our subconscious do the shooting. It is "see bird...shoot bird". We do not hesitate, we do not think. Hello Roger, do you have or planning to buy camera that mounts to the barrels? It would really help to see your aim point

Why ? What for ? Its HIS aimpoint…..not yours…. I have a shotcam, its nothing but only a gimmick….it ruins the balance of the weapon….

I do not have a camera that mounts to the barrels. I see your point that the clays are hard to see unless you are watching on a big screen. @@oldfarmer3001 Definitely it's HIS aim point. And I don't think that anybody should shoot competition with any weight on a barrel. Just it's good to see someone with experience and knowledge in action, and to put "words and picture in one place" for educational video. I did use head camera, to measure reaction times. From seeing a clay to the trigger pull (0.3s - 0.35s)

aaronz7431...you have to be the aaron that I know at the club...yes yes yes I miss very often...but at todays comp it was really windy and the clays were going off on their own...and me "the ancient shotgunner" and Rob and Rito top scored with a 47/50 . I also need to say that in two shootoffs today i MISSED my first target both times...so in answer to your question ...yes ...I miss very often...but you know that...Thank you for watching...Much appreciated...stay well and Happy Shooting !!!
