Heard this song for the first time in Berlin, the epicenter of human creativity and culture in the world right now. It stood out from the moment I heard it. I stayed in a dorm filled with people who were from different countries across the planet. All of us became best of friends while studying abroad, I decided to show this song to all 15 of us or so. We listened to this song on our last few days. High, drunk, rolling, you name it, didn’t matter. Many of us wept to the beauty of this song which encapsulated the feeling of traveling through many European filled cities, and understanding the idea of acceptance was no longer Pondered in Berlin. This song resonates with me in a completely different way to anything I've heard before. I've battled with lots of mental health issues and still do to this day. This song feels like a saving grace, gives me that it's-all-going-to-be-alright feeling. It also reminds me of my closest friend who lives in my city. She lights up my day and always manages to put a smile on my face. Something about this song, man. It's melancholic and happy at the same time. I'm not sure if it was created with the intention to evoke such strong emotions, but good fuckin' job nonetheless. Hi Squiddit. I just read your comment about this song resonating with you. It does the same to me, it reaches inside my being, it has joy and sadness. There is another song that I discovered about six months before my lady friend broke up our relationship. After the breakup it took on even more of happy sad atmosphere. I describe it as sad but not negative. It is called Hands Of Time, the version I like best is by ReOrder & Sue McLaren (Original Mix.) For me, melancholic as heck.
