As Kong pointed out, do not neglect the Guild Store. I got stuck, especially with bonds, because I wasn't strong enough to beat the timerift levels that let you farm for bond materials; Guild Store allowed me to get the resources I needed to get past that roadblock.

a lot of content creators and the game itself caters to older players, but you're the vanguard for new players, so kudos man, ty for taking your time on these videos!

Thanks! A lot of the early players are now squeezing everything they can out of the endgame, which is awesome, but it can also be intimidating and make newer players feel like the game is very elite. IMO there's never been a better time to start playing Lang and it still holds up as a deep mobile tactics game.

My personal experience why my heroes got stuck in terms of power: Not clearing time-rift for material; not clearing high level dragons, not starting eternal temple earlier. All these involves lots of time to develop heroes and good understanding of game mechanics. After I clear lvl70 dragons, Lvl60 eternal temple and all time-rife, I know how to get heroes stronger.

Really good vid. I do want some advice on my team tho. Let’s see if you still see this. I pulled Leon and clotaire. I also have Vargus. Since I’m almost level 35 I’m trying to figure out which way to go since I got the free SSr unit shard. I also got Luna, Cherie, Chris and Liana for princes alliance. What would be the best way to go with the free ssr unit and why? I’m considering the new crystal lady cuz she seems good.

I see everything! The new crystal lady IS good, but you still have a week and a half to summon her if you can. Someone like Elwin could help your team a great deal. He's a part of both Empire's Honor (your Leon, Clotaire, and Vargas team) and has a faction buff for Legion of Glory (Cherie, Chris, Liana), AND he unlocks the attack bonds for Leon and Liana, which you'll be able to open up soon. Picking Elwin would also make the next Leon/Elwin/Bernhardt banner a guaranteed Bernhardt for you if you're still running Empire at that time.

Edit: probably should just go for Elwin. She is returning in June as a focus unit/destiny. Saw that in ur vid 😜 Thought two reds weren’t that good 😌. Thanks again!

i feel like im forever stuck where i am. Been playing since Jan 2019, 1 year+ active account with Lv70 Maxed Chars but i cant beat Lv 45 Enemies..

Part of it depends on the mode you're playing, but you shouldn't be having trouble with level 45 enemies if your training grounds are trained up, gear levelled and enchanted, bonds unlocked, etc. Make sure you're not inadvertently neglecting something.

@@Kongrisser Update: 4/26/2021 - Still stuck losing to Lv.45 enemies at Lv.70 even with max SR gear and now with mid to high end +gear rolls and improved troops; players still complaining/ cussing at me in Secret Realm because i dont have SSR gear to take hits, still getting 1-2 shot in Eternals and AB, still getting E- scoring aka no rewards, still can't beat any of the daily map missions... No wonder this game is dying..

More emphasis on training soldier's. Doesn't matter what lvl your hero's are when your soldiers can solo lvl 55 mobs. As you said soldiers can be used by any hero.

I've encountered a few troll teams in arena that do this. They slot a single low lv unit with near max lv troops.

Hey Kong, it seems to me that certain heroes like Luna, Vargas, Christiane and others who replace their ATK by either their DEF or MDEF don't need or don't need to prioritize their Offensive bonds. Does that sound correct?
