Not really, in my opinion the hardest boss would be otto and the vita. On hard difficulty. The rest took me between 1 or 2 tries and i died because of instakill scenes.

I don't think she is dead. Using the Rite of Tears was her back up the ritual to create the singularity failed, a process which effectively would turn the Zodiac Astral Ring into the equivelent of a Herrscher core. I get the impression she succeeded though perhaps having lost her original body. We will have to what for more to really get a clearer picture. If she chooses not to reveal she survived (which I can think of a couple of reasons for) everyone would think she died using the Rite.
