Hello,
Here is a classic French pastry that I had never attempted before. To be honest, it's not surprising as I'm not a big fan of pears! However, this tart managed to change my mind... I absolutely loved it!!!
The recipe is adapted to make a 24 cm diameter tart, serving 6 to 8 people.
PS: You can of course use canned pears in syrup, but they are often small and not as tasty.
