There's two officers much smaller than him trying to handcuff him and are unable to do so with him resisting. Use of force and calling for backup are the natural things you would expect to happen next in this scenario. You're brainwashed, have little to no sense of reality and have no idea how police work or conflict works. If I Resisted arrest I would expect to be met with increasing levels of force used against me and potential help from other officers if backup were available for them until I was restrained. It's common sense

I don't like it when videos start where we don't see what led up to this. However, punching a handcuffed man in the face is wrong. Now, he IS resisting because they are having a hard time cuffing him, you can see he's turning his body away and moving his wrists so they can't easily cuff him, but idk if punching him in the face is ok to bring him under compliance.
