It's not the Valve's decision to make HL2 RTX, they just allowed Nvidia and it's studio to "remake" it.

I agree, valve is lazy as hell and there's no excuse for it. Plus even with HL:X being worked on, I just hope to god it doesn't flop just like CS2.

Valve works on stuff, problem is they either never finish it or just get bored of it lol. I mean, Deadlock had its setting completely revamped 3 times and has been in works since 2018 🤐

Let them take their time making their own things. I'd rather have Valve take 10 or more years to pump out an actual good game than having them rush out multiple games in a broken state just to sell it.
