I love the way Ramiro was interacting with the boys.. Fern seems more shy , not just because Ramiro was doing more of the talking but genuinely seems more quiet. It was great having them both on the podcast, but we definitely need an episode with each of them back on their own! Would’ve liked to know more about them each as individuals. It would have been nice to know more about Fern’s point of view as well and how he met Briana, his upbringing, his career, etc., and vice versa for Ramiro. Fern is more quiet and respectful as Ramiro is more knowledgeable and social about his conversation. Constructive Criticism: Sebas as a host I feel like he can focus more on structuring his questions not just being random and actually letting his guest’s answer the questions. Also, for Sebas to not always tie the conversation or question back to himself and make it about himself. If there is more than one guest let them each have a turn to answer. Josh on the hand is a great listener and knows when to ask the right questions. Nonetheless, it was cool to have them on the podcast because it felt authentic and raw.

Wish we would have learned a little bit more of Ramiro and Fern. A more in depth video of what they do and who they are as individuals. These guys are amazing and I wish people that don’t know who they are could also see !

Constructive criticism: Sebas when Josh told you we can do an introduction I think you should’ve let them talk and give their own intro. I think it’s nice to say how you met them, but if you’re going to say you met them, I was waiting for you to ask Josh “ok so how did you meet them?” You just gave your own background story and just left Josh out. 😬 He’s still your cohost, I feel like a lot of times you forget that ALSO: If you have a guess, and you say tell that story. Especially with a shy guess like fern. You should let him tell the story and not you tell it for him.
