Lapsi and Sohari by Mom

Lapsi and Sohari is an Indian delicacy which is usually used as an offering to the female aspects of God in Hinduism. Tonight is the final night of 9 nights of devi worship at the end of which this offering would be made.

I would love the recipe for the suhari. This is gold. Making the lapsi looks easy enough. Memories of my grandmother making this when I was a kid back in Trinidad crossed my mind as I was watching this. I know this pundit from swaha.
