This team had some set backs with discipline and penalties early in the game but they settled down and focused on the next play much better as the fame progressed and that shows some real maturity. That maturity is a product of the leadership on staff and from the veterens and that is a product nurtured by looking for character. That is my take away, Maturity and the long game benefits of maturity and leadership.
