Parece riquísimo … la única pregunta es ¿por Que chardonnay?; estaba pensando que un vino joven y ‘verde’ como albariño o rueda o verdejo sería el preferido. ¿es mejor con un vino seco?

Bueno, todo depende de cómo quieras tu sangria y aparte locación. En Mexico la receta seria Albariño, limón, simple, y un poco de chard con splash de agua mineral para textura y efervescencia. Aquí en Cali el chard y el brut se combinan bien con el licor de naranja. Es solo cuestión de gustos, pero concuerdo que las recetas originales de sangria son personales y con vinos más afrutados. Rather way, enjoy it!

Great questions, approx 8 servings, the texture will last Aprox 30 minutes. But you can add a splash on top to keep having a fizz in each serving. Thanks for watching.
