ママの作るご飯美味しい！ 嬉しい言葉ですね。 毎回、ご飯を作っているすぐ横でみんなで遊んでいる子供たち、とてもいいです。 折り紙、工作、絵を書いたり。 以前の動画で見たのですが、おもちゃとか私のうちにも同じモノがいくつかあります。木のおもちゃが私は、大好きです。 ウォルドルフ人形があったように見えましたが。私も長女に作りました。小さなタイプのものでしたが。 お姉ちゃんが作ったケーキを家族みんなで笑顔で食べている様子を観てるとこちらまで、あったかい気持ちになります。

私も昔は、白ごはんにクリームシチューかけて食べてました〜冷やご飯にかけるのが好きでした！ クリームシチューはルーでしか作ったことがありませんが、牛乳やバターで作るのも良さそう＆私が思っていたよりもハードルが低そうに感じました。今度、やってみよう。 クリームシチューとピラフの組み合わせが美味しそうですね（＞▽＜）

むすめさんＡｂｃクッキング教室でショートケーキ作ったんですね。私は千葉県住んでいて普段は近く教室千葉ペリエ通ってますがむすめさんは普段どこ教室通ってますか？私も先月むすめさんが作ったショートケーキ作っていとこのおくさんにたのまれましたがおいしかったといってました。おかあさんも毎日ごはんづくりお疲れ様です。

I am curious about the usage of your rice cooking pot : What is the ratio of rice and water ? Is there a recommended time for the rice cooking ? My worry is about over or under cook, and burnt !

Rice and water are added at a ratio of 1:1. The rice cooker I use heats up to high heat and then lowers the heat for 10 minutes. Then, let it steam for 10 minutes. It varies depending on the pot, but generally it is heated over low heat for 13 to 15 minutes and then steamed.

Thank you for the video. You cannot accurately measure flour grams with a measuring cup! Different flours have different weights at different times, and all are affected by the humidity. I have seen tests where the VOLUME of a weight varies by as much as one-fourth! If you are doing any baking where flour grams is important, do not measure it with a cup--weigh it!
