Large Minecraft Futuristic Base TUTORIAL PART 1 - Futuristic Minecraft Tower - Futuristic Mega Base

Here is Part one of this massive Sci-Fi Megabase. Part 2 coming soon!
This awesome Large Futuristic Minecraft Base has been a fan favourite on the channel since I showcased it before. This Megabase takes around a 70x70x80 space with a beacon at the centre. Due to the size and complexity i've broken this up into 2 videos rather than trying to fit it all into 1. The Large Futuristic Minecraft Base Spire looks amazing.

There is a layer that doesn’t get described after 15:36. You can see it clearly by pausing the video just after this, but it starts 1 block inside the sea lantern towards the centre of the base, goes 3 blocks, sea lantern and 3 more blocks on both the sides. I used "my own" version of this. A little "darker" or "evil", Perhaps "Darkside" ish. Instead of Smooth Quartz at bottom i used red nether bricks, i filled all around the floor with polished blackstone. I used polished blackstone stairs and slabs instead of quarts, i used red terracotta instead of pink, i used red concrete, to get a "darker" tone. And at last instead of sea lantern i used Shroomligt. And it turned out amazing! I could send you a pic of the "Spinoff" if you want to see. :)

Yes, blackstone and orange terracotta for a dark theme. White with any other colour glass and concrete also works well.

I've seen people build them underwater, on mushroom islands, in a Mesa, in the End or on Snow. Basically anything without trees works well.

I use litematica. It’s a mod that allows you to analyse an area and tells you all the blocks in it.

You can use, but it doesn't look as good as you still need slabs and stairs. I suggest getting Stonemason villagers

I would suggest Purple Concrete for the accents, if you want to build the whole thing in Purple, the best option is Purpur and maybe Blue Terracotta.

Dawg can you build with something other than shapeless glass. I built the whole layout just to be screwed. You should build with something diffrent for the video, it makes this build 1000x harder than it needs too be and it’s already difficult as it is

The best thing to do is look at the world download and check. Also you may just be out with the placement by a block, re-check the numbers and spacing and you should be able to match it up
