What if pipes are around where the concrete for the footings will be poured. Should those be moved? Or are they okay to be surrounded by concrete? For example the sewer pipe from the toilet. Thank you.

I didn't forget and since I've never worked on a three story concrete foundation can only suggest they are larger.
