Easily there are 5 seperate highways in many places, but it's gorgeous. In the ring city of China, if they saw it before designing that city, they probably would have gone for it.

since there is not much overlap between the networks you might be able to but you won't be able to copy and paste in the vanilla game and its going to be extremely lengthy and difficult without mods.
