Please include a floor plan and room sizes. It’s far easier to see exactly what is or isn’t in the floor plan than in a video.

HAVING a wood burning fireplace (because I had always wanted a fireplace when I bought my home) I never once used it. I tried having gas logs to keep from having to clean the fireplace, but that was a failure. I finally after 20 years found a heater that looks like fireplace logs that fit in my fireplace that actually look like a fire and I love it. I would opt for the electric fireplace but that’s just me.

I agree. I live in Florida and the amout of time I'd need a fire place for heat really doesn't add up. I rather have the electric for the look. That way, you can have the fire without heat.

Do you know of a dealership that does 10% over factory invoice? About all of them have them if you can find them. If course that puts all the setup on you, but you can save a ton of money. Only drawback is you have to pay cash, no financing.

STUNNING, BIG AND BEAUTIFUL🥰 Love EVERYTHING about this home...more room then I would ever need... BUT, I WANT IT!! I would want the darker cabinets, like the wet bar, everywhere; they look very rich. Thanks for a delightful tour, this one is a keeper! ❤️😊❤️👍♥️💯♥️😍♥️🙏♥️

This is a beautiful home! The tour was great, too. Camera angles and movement were perfect. I only wish the video included room sizes.

The layout is perfect. Would definitely personalize the colors of the walls a bit. And instead of the corner with the lazy Susan cabinet, I’d prefer that to be a corner pantry. Otherwise, this is dang near perfection.

Main concern with these homes for me is 100% the terrible particle board they use for all the floors.. it's an absolute joke should be illegal. Please let me know when they put in real plywood.
