I hope in the coming year or two we start to hear about a Divinity Original sin 3...

I haven't found any. I'm not aware of any sort of mini-game style game in BG3 like say Gwent in Witcher 3.

Maybe it's bcause i was playing on the hardest difficalty but I hate this game. Got stuck at the goblins so i tried going elsewhere but i couldn't seem to find a single fight i could actaly beat. It does't help that i only got it to play with my uncle and then he fucking moded his game and we couldn't get coop working again. Why can't you delay in the turn order?

I'd definitely suggest dropping the difficulty down if you're encountering struggles early on. Honour mode is not something I'd recommend for a first run. Tactician can be good if you want a challenge but if you find yourself running into a wall, drop the difficulty for sure. When you say you cant delay in turn order, what do you mean? You can skip your turn and some skills "prepare" for the next turn but there arent a ton of those.

@RedbeardflynnRollsAOne i don't know what honer mode is so i assume they either added it after i uninstalled or some post game unlock. In d&d at leasted 3.5 ed ( i haven't gotten 5e because f- hasbro) you always had the option to delay your turn till later in the initiative order or you could prepare an action. For exsample. For exsample you may want to wait and see if the gnoll decideds to kick Carl's shit in before you as the cleric take your turn or if it will decide the dragon is a bigger threat and go for it instead. You can't do anything like that in GB3 your only option is to reload a save and hope. There was also this time i had the make up on a spider silk walk way i cased burning hands figuring 1 silk is flamible so maybe? And 2 it wouldn't effect my teammates more then a story bellow on the cave floor. Apperently the 3D in the game is fake. I kept running into stuff like that where it didn't work like i exspect and then there is the lack of a user manual. The only reason i know about the party wide sneak toggle is because i found out about it online by chance and there is no mention of the key combinations to use it in the game menues and setting. There are a bunch of sperbs around the map you can collect, but good luck noticing that because the only clue to that in the game is the curcer changing if you happen to mouse over it and take notice. The game just kept rubbing me the wrong way. For exsample i can't seem to figure out how to get the game to let me get a round of suprise attacks off. I go into turn based get in place attack with one guy then it rolls inititive on me and suddenly every enimy gett to run up and attack. Or lets say i split my party to have two guys jump the twink archer while my tanks fight the fighter and claric. It started battle with ALL THE ENEMY but left half my party out of the turn order so instead of my cleric and rogue beating the shit out of the enemy back line and keeping away from the barbarian and ranger i'm left fighting 2v4. Also if i didn't already know that my two weapon ranger does't benifit fro. Stregnth because the game leaves the underlying rules a bit of a black box.

Well no, if you mod the game obviously the Coop wont work....Why are you blaming that on the game? it was your uncle that made it bug out.... Also, start at a lower difficulty. Why would you even start at the highest?

@bibbobella I'm not blaiming the game for modded crossplay not working, though it continued to not work with the mods disabled. The description of "tactical" didn't sound worse then say heroic in halo. What I found was more equivilent to legendary where the game seems to exspects you to know every way to cheese the fights and be killing everthing that moves to grind exp. Something that didn't mesh well with my more pasifist approach to not picking fights. I tried lowering the dificalthy but that didn't seem to change any thing. I gave up started a new playthrough on a lower dificalty with the recomened difficulty but it didn't seem to go much better and at that point my blind playthrough felt pointless becasuse I'm just going to fold every fight and have to reload after dieing i may as well be abusing the wiki and walkthroughs. And i already had an ever increasing bad taste in my moith that only increaseds as the game auto moved everyone in my party into the trap i had just failed to disarm and had set off.

@@Whitewing89 Everyone to their own. Personally I find it to be a really fun story driven game with challenging but fair battles even on the hardest difficulty. You don't need to cheese them at all, you just need to use some strategy. I went a whole playthrough on honour mode (It is tactical, just with harder bosses and perma death) with a honestly terrible party. Still got through near the end before I made a giant bomber and died. I never went out of my way to cheese any fights, if anything I actually did the sub optimal stuff in order to better roleplay the character. It isn't for everyone, but most of your complains really just sound like the tactical kinda gameplay isn't your type of game. I know this game have become VERY mainstream, but it isn't really the type of game that I would normally assume would be mainstream when it comes to the gameplay. It takes a while to get used to, so im sorry to hear that you burned yourself on your first walkthrough, but maybe you should have read the descriptions of the difficulties. Can't changes the past, but you going on a random youtuber's video to rant about a video game a lot of people love is a really weird way to cope with it.
