Not only fall but the skill would be downgraded to double twist so 0.2 lost in DV, she'd have scored a solid 15 which was absolutely medal mark.

​@@deepeshmathuria it was downgraded to a 2 1/2 twist, she lost 0.1 for the skill and 0.2 for the CV. It would've been 6.2, she got 5.9.

What a heartbreaking fall ! It still hurt me today. This routine was so good until this fall. Of course they didn't credited her for the triple twist. I wonder how much she lost in the start value. At European, she score 15.133 which could give her a ticket for the floor final instead of Ponor. Really sad this games for Larisa and even more sad because she couldn't go to Rio. She is really an unlucky gymnast but very determined because she is still here. Bravo!

She was training a split jump after double double and a stag jump after triple. In AA, tried a back salto after the double tuck 1/1. And still had the Gomez she was trying to hit. She had more difficulty in her pocket, if had qualified for EF, probably would've fought for a medal.

Well.. I'm not sure she could've connected anything out of her double double. Love her, but her chest is basically on the floor after that pass lol. Also the back tuck after the full-in probably wouldn't have happened. As we saw with Ponor, it's super hard to connect and hardly anyone actually connects properly.

@@Andrew-pf5fj she nailed the full in + back tuck in the AA. Also, her low landing of the double double must've been because of the injury. Even her full in (which she normaly had issues controlling) was stuck here. So she was clearly lacking power :(

Had she hit the routine, would have got a 13.800 + 1.000 (fall) + 0.100 (triple twist as opposed to 2.5 twist) + 0.200 CV (A+E is a 0.2, she lost CV here because she fell) = 15.100 !! She could've medaled had everything hit! :( :(

Had she qualified, Ponor would've been out. Had she been healthy, her maximum D would've been a 6.8. So gold was possible for her.

She was injured. They initially thought it was plantar fasciitis (which hurts like hell you cannot pun any weight on your heel). Only after the games it was revealed to be a fracture in her ankle.
