They from France as well, and the people over there aknowledge them as Les Gamal, they do get compared to the Twins but not in a bad way. I don't think Les Gamals are necessarily copying Les twins. Many of these battle dancers coming from Europe especially France dance alike. Some of these guys learned from the same circles and some of them were I guess inspired or encouraged by Les twins's success. the only thing they have in common is that they are a duo who happen to look alike.

They can groove but imo, it would definitely hit better if they developed a flavour that was more unique and not so Les Twins. to me the only similarity between Les twins and Les GAMAL (Emerick and Loic) is that they are both tall, skiny, and surprisingly they are both from Guadeloupe, a small island of France. The fact that they try and finish each others moves like many dancers nowadays, that the twins popularized it might make them seem similar. Also at 4:53 I dont think they were biting the old school scratch thing the twins used to do, I think it was the concept, I think he got his neck sliced and I think he was clogging his arteries. It is plausible that they were inspired in part by the twins, but nothing I see is like they look up to them or even try to dance like them Also Laura had a kid so shes been realxing for the most part

I don’t believe they intentionally try to imitate them at all. I just can’t not think of the twins when watching them at times. The emphasis on what the twins made popular and both twins having similarities in their build as well as obviously being twins I mean what are we saying then at this point haha. I don’t think they dance like them tho especially individually but I don’t see the twins not having an impact on what they doing
