Even if Francis Benfatto won nothing at world level, he remains for me an example of symmetry. Unfairly underestimated.

Have you been deaf your whole life ? ... I have heard that when someone is void of one of their 5 senses that the other 4 remaining senses are heightened. Anyway God bless ya.

Thanks for posting this!! I've seen a couple of short clips but always was curious about the full video. I sure like Larry. Doesn't seem like a cocky tough guy like some. Just a regular guy.

Even though there are some movements where you can question if it puts, for example, the shoulders in a "dangerous position" with risk of injury there are some absolute gems here to learn from. How the Scott curl should be performed. How the wrists plays a role in that (rolling them in creating an advantageous lever arm towards the ends of set). Training that forearm for that specifically. Lot's of "burns" and attention to the extended portion of movements which now has support from studies showing that it may be the most important par. But also interesting twists on some cheating in the right moments and why. And that standing dumb bell shoulder press which only takes place in the middle of the range of motion and where you turn the elbows back in the upward motion. And lots more. Just stay out of the more "dangerous parts" if you have some problems with the shoulders and/or flexibility problems. Really great info, if you have trained for awhile and can "filter out some parts" from the video

Seen Francis Benfatto train a few Times in the gym where i use to go in south of France decades ago,he was a real nutter in his workouts 😂,though very friendly and funny guy to talk to and very motivating for the youngsters as we.

@kevinchouinard953910 ай бұрын
You nailed it. The Hyper Growth video tapes and its system was all part of Larry Scott’s innovative and individualized Bio-Phase Program. I subscribed to it and I was probably in the best shape i ever was. Stationed in Utah, I was very fortunate to get to know him personally exactly during this period of time of the video. The early 90s
