HateHater I’ve always found him to be honest, articulate and emotionally available in his interviews. Takes a lot of courage to do that. Break down those walls and be able to bare your soul unrepentantly. You have to hand it to him, he’s not afraid to be himself. And that is something a lot of people have a hard time doing. He was also honest about not grieving for strangers like he would people he loves. That’s incredibly introspective and unabashedly HONEST. That’s something we all think and experience but no celebrity has the balls to say it in a nationally broadcasted interview. Except Marilyn. He’s very impressive.

This guy's childhood is very dark and typical I can tell. He was 1 of those kids that got picked on a lot and nobody really liked in school. I can completely understand why he says he's responsible for school shootings it's because those kids that do that are a mirror image of himself. Those school shooters look at Marilyn manson as someone they can relate too. This is very sad and depressing. All I can is be careful who your kids are looking up too be careful what your kid is doing period! Always make sure you know what your kid is listening watching etc... because all it takes is 1 dark path in the wrong direction and your kid is brainwashed and influenced as you saw with this guy. Not a big fan of his music except for a few tracks - but I like his thoughtful intelligence, charm and demeanor. He's quirky and unique in a good way. I seldom have the patience these days to watch half-hour interviews...but this held my gnat-like attention span. He's a breath of fresh air in a stagnant pop culture pool - certainly original, unconventional and creative.

For being such a “monster” his intelligence is ironically mind blowing. He is well spoken and thought provoking. He observes many things beyond the “front page story”. He digs into the story and doesn’t swallow what the media/ people throw at him.

@@NemorisInferioris... Noticed that, too, especially when he talked about his Mom! He must be devastated that she is slipping away into oblivion without him being able to stop the process. Saw her once in an interview, she told little anecdotes about MM, with so much love and a distinctive protectiveness that showed how she accepted him the way he is from an early age on and proudly confessed to calling him Manson, too and being proud of him going his own way even though it is mostly against the mainstream. A very classy woman, understated and a good listener, too! (I totally envied that, having myself a mother who always worries what the neighbors might gossip...😏).

I have always been a fan of Marilyn Manson he is smart talented and has a brain, he also likes my idol David Bowie big plus. This interview by Larry King gave Marilyn a chance to just talk with a very good interviewer in a relaxed human way. He came off shy, introspective, thoughtful, smart, funny, and most of all real. One of the best talk interview shows I've seen in a while. Cheers
