Amazing that a “speedy” trial is Six Months! My ex sat in jail for 8 months before his trial even started because he couldn’t pay his bail. I don’t get why people who haven’t been convicted of a crime can be stuck in custody for months and months which ruins their life already.

yes I played with it in my mind but never seriously. Trying to escape is crazy unless you are in there for a very long sentence. Living life on the run would be a longer sentence than my 12 years.
