I have almost nothing in this, the material was given to me. The anvil is rectangular tube that I filled with short lengths rebar. The motor would be the biggest expense if bought new. These hammers can be built out of almost anything. I chose to use the tire drive because it is simple and easy to build. The tire hub can be a trailer hub. Mine came off a farm implement.

@@Andy-Gibb The plans show a belt, and pulleys drive. Which I changed to the tire drive set up, it also has a brake on the tire for more control, and single hits.

+Faisal Mahmod Thanks for your interest in my power hammer video. To answer your questions the motor is a 2 hp motor that runs on 220 volts single phase, at 1725 RPMs. The motor pulley is 3 1/2 inches in diameter, running against a tire that is about 24 inches in diameter. Which figures out to about 250 blows per minute. The hammer head weighs about 45 pounds with the upper die attached. This style of hammer hits a lot harder the faster it is run. Some guys run them faster about 320 blows a minute. I slowed mine down some because being an old fart, I couldn't keep up with it

you machine really impressive. It hardly to find local produced power hammer machine here. Most of them is imported from China. So, I plan to built by myself as guided by you. Really appreciate your support. TQ :)
