You’re right about fish sitting still in dirty water. I heard a pro explain it like this. Muddy water to a fish is like us in a dark room, if we can’t see we hug the wall so we know where we are.

I started using Ugly Stik rods after all my rods but one got broken up in Canada. We went two hours down a logging road and they were not in cases. I use two medium heavy spinning reels for bass mostly.. i dont use them for little fish and i dont use them for musky even though they could probably bring one in.

Bro. Ive seen so many of those reels pop up on ebay after someone used them once lol. Those reels are rough to be nice lol. Btw they are made by the same company as abu garcia is now lol. They are a sub company under a umbrella company. You should know that being berkley and abu. All same main company owns them or did at the start of this year.
