I use iRestore to help me maintain and strengthen my existing and transplanted hair. Only surgery can completely rebuild a hairline that no longer exists. iRestore can great improve hair thinning and miniaturizing hair. It won't grow hair where none has existed in quite a long time.

Your hair looks thick and full, I am going to follow your advice. I am about to buy a laser comb and I will also switch off every other day with red LEDs. I am losing hair in my center part and on my temples - which is growing back along with my eyebrows (!) due to ramping up my hair supplements and vitamins and the red LEDs. The eyebrows are growing back in dark, not grey! If it is a supplement herb that is known to help with hair growth, I am taking it! I also am taking extra hair vitamins (biotin for one - and others) and they all seem to be helping, but the laser comb will be the last piece of my hair puzzle! I am not overdoing it with the supplements and vitamins, that can go horribly wrong! I also use Apple cider vinegar with my shampoo, and am trying a clay "hair mask". I am in my sixties and am sure nutrition, stress, genetics and menopause had much to do with my hair loss (my mother and her mother had the same kind of hair loss but my paternal side of the family - all the women had thick hair into their old age). I am in my 60's and I think there is still hope! I am determined to reverse this hair loss around the front of my hairline (the back is still thick as all get-out!)!! Your advice makes sense to me, I will be doing it all as soon as i get my laser comb! Thanks for your informative video!

The problem with this device is that there's only 21 lasers (the LEDs are worthless for LLLT, they are there only to give the appearance that your entire scalp is getting coverage, when it actually isn't) so it won't provide nearly enough coverage to be effective. The devices with around 300 lasers are much more effective.

It should continue to work as long as you use it. that said whatever net gain you get from it you should see in about 6 to 8 months. But as with any hair loss treatment you will only continue to sustain any improvement you have for as long as you continue using it.

Cool, yes, looking forward to your update. If you don't see any improvement feel free to return it, as I think their current policy is still a full refund (and they pay for shipping) if you return it in less than 6 months. So give it 5 months and decide :)
@Daniel-rd2wh6 жыл бұрын
David DiMuzio thanks bro, Day 1 review- A lot more convenient to use than the laser comb, that’s for sure. The down side however is I’m not sure if it’s covering the lower side or bottom of my crown. I checked the lasers in the cap, but it doesn’t seem to target that area. Maybe the LEDs help spread the lasers there as well, but I’m not sure how effective that is since the lasers aren’t pointing there like the other spots. Also I’m pretty sure my frontal hairline is covering up some of the lasers from reaching the scalp in that area so you might need to adjust your hair if that’s where you’re losing hair. Experienced a slight headache while using the product for the first time, but I’m sure I’ll get used to it & it wasn’t enough to sway me away from the product anyways. I’ll be re updating results each month until month 6.

How is going?
@Daniel-rd2wh6 жыл бұрын
Francesco Mento Almost been a month and so far I haven’t noticed any real difference yet. My hair loss is still progressing as before. Shedding a lot of thin hair aswell which they said is said to happen in month 1-2. Idk I had this shed before already so I’m not sure if it’s doing anything. As far as regrowth or density goes there haven’t been any signs yet. The product isn’t too difficult to use. Significantly better than the laser comb, though it could be more stable & stay in place better imo. Hoping to see regrowth around month 3-4 and the final results by month 5 or I’m going to return the product.

Hey David, I used minoxidil for 3 months, got my crown hair back, then switched to laser sessions (3 months now) and dumped the minox because the helmet manufacturer told me to stay away from it (and it was to much of a fuss to be honest). As a result I lost the crown hair again. What do you think about the minox-lllt combination? Also, ever heard of the procapil ingredient? Cheers.

I take an oral finasteride/minoxidil tablet and use the laser. My surgeon Dr. Daniel McGrath prescribed it for me. I use the laser as well and the combo of them all is working great. Never heard of the thing you mentioned.

Hi, to get your hair back in the crown section you must continue using the minoxidil along with the light therapy. I am a Trichology Practitioner and there is a way to achieve real results as you have experienced for yourself. Vitamin supplements can also be a great help from an internal perspective. Also that doctor doesn't sound like they specialize in trichology which is very important when seeking a dermatologist for hair loss. Did they tell you why to stop the minoxidil? Did you get a prescription for shampoo?

@Alorand5 жыл бұрын
Red laser therapy is also used to accelerate healing, with scars for example, so it combines well with derma-rolling since the needles trigger a wound regrowth cycle in the cells and the red light speeds it up. Are you using something to decrease the scalp testosterone? Whether minoxidil cream or something natural like peppermint oil because micro needling helps with that too by boosting absorption.

The benefits come in the rejuvenation process between the sessions so don't think that overdoing it will speed up the hair growth. Just like you don't grow muscles while you exercise, but in the rest and recovery period afterwards. If you want to get faster results than think about adding derma-roller micro needling to your routine (don't overdo with that either - 0.5 mm once a week is enough)

@DavidDiMuzio7 жыл бұрын
Thanks George, I've heard of it, but I haven't looked into it closely enough to have an opinion. The bottom line is that there's no magical potion that's going to grow your hair back, but that there are certain products (the strongest being finasteride ...you might want to look into topical, I wouldn't personally use the oral again) that will be positive benefits to your hair. From all I've researched and tried laser is about tied with Minoxidil in terms of strength. Probably a little above it strength wise actually if you also follow the regime and hacks I've outlined here. That said laser is easier to use and has no negative side effects. The more you can use, the better the snowball effect of it all will be. Unless it's just some scam stuff.
@georgeshalhub53127 жыл бұрын
David DiMuzio Thanks for the response David. I was unaware that a topical finasteride was available do you just get it like a regular prescription from your doctor or does it have to be compounded at a pharmacy? @DavidDiMuzio7 жыл бұрын
For now (in the US at least) you have to get it compounded at a pharmacy. Dr. McGrath my surgeon can hook you up if you need a prescription. He has a compounding pharmacy he works with. Just give Steve Cook who works in his office a call. Steve's contact info is in the video description.
