So I finally finished that base after 4 hours! After getting my ass handed to me every which way in the laser room I finally figured it out. Before you shoot the laser when you first get in the room, go to the opposite end of the room. On the right and left corners there are 2 sets of doorson each side that open where the enemies spawn at each wave. Use your staff slang and plant at least five bombs in front of each the doors, then shoot the lense and the 2 pumps ( whatever they are called) on each side. When the wave starts almost all of the enemies explode instantly leaving you maybe one left. Keep doing this before each wave. I think there is about 4 different waves so make sure you have plenty of spare parts before starting mission. You basically have an empty room to do all the requirements after each wave of enemies are blown up.

Where in relation to the door were y'all putting the bombs? I just tried using 8 at each door and didn't kill a single mech. Did about half health.

Thank you for this - i am only level 5 and got to the SLAG heap section but can't take out the Mechs! Been on this part for hours. My first game on the Series X after getting it for Christmas and I just love it! the best looking g game I have ever played. I'll level up and come back when my levels in double figures! thanks for video!

Thanks for the video. I did this one lvl 12. Had to use Staff sling mainly and only special ammo on weapons. Dodged attacks because of instant death. Ending was a bitch! Used middle hallway which they won't enter and brought a lot of heals with me for the mission. Mainly elemental resist gear.

The gas pipeline at 15.30 is not high lighted on sense key no wonder I keep missing things, this sense key a lot of the time fails to work!

Im level 8, didnt upgrade the heavy bow, and playing on hard, im on the bossfight now--we'll see tommorrow if i get to it

U have to circle the base and find a way in only then itl trigger
