Lasfit H11 LED Headlight bulb Install (2017-2019 highlander)

I noticed that you removed Auxito LED low beams before you put in lasfit. I purchased Auxito and there was no way to install them into my 2019 highlander low beam housings because there was no room. Did you cut the headlight housing in order to fit the Auxito lights prior to installing the Lasfits? I'm curious. BTW Auxito still lists their h11 lights to fit the 2017 to 2019 highlander and they do not fit Toyota Highlander!

Yes I had to trim the interior of the cover to make it fit. I emailled them and told them that this Does not fit properly. I guess they never updated the site. I might have to reach to them again to remind them again. Thanks for pointing that out. There is a video where I Show what part I had to trim to make it work. You got a little bit lucky but yes check the light before putting the wires inside and the new dust cover on. Many people complain the bulb doesn’t work and it’s not the bulb it’s that the plug is in a reverse polarity position. Simply unplug and turn the plug 180 degrees and plug it back in. To make installing 5he bulb in 5he housing easier mark the position of the led at the 9:00 / 3:00 position. Then put 5he bulb in with 5hat mark at about 5he 11:00 position. Once it fits into the slots turn it so the mark is at 12:00. By the way the OEM dust covers only need to be turned about a half an inch if that but the rubber seal is so tight you have to kind of pry it off. Another KZbinr who tests LEDs tested this bulb and the Lasfit doesn’t overstate the lumens etc while many make big number claims that don’t pan out. These bulbs do something that 99% of LEDs don’t do very well. These ones retain over 90% of their output after 27 minutes while most LEDs dim by as much as 20-45%.

Yeah I did when I was installing. It work pretty well and I didn’t have to do to much. Yeah I have had some people complain about them but it looks like it’s over all a good product. Thanks for your comment

You put that first cap on upside down. The red triangle is supposed to be pointing down ( it says right on the cap )

These are pretty bright. They are listed for Off road use only. so keep that in mind.

If you put them on property there is no need to adjust the headlights. The only time you really have to adjust them is if you replaced the headlights.

The one I use were the Low beams still working for me maybe the on you ordered were defective.

Ohh definitely yes they see really good. I. Hanged this over 1 year ago. They are still working well and still just as brighter then they say I Install then.

Nice job, but 100% illegal for street use...no way around it, it's illegal to put LED bulbs on a car with Halogen bulbs.

@@CarStomIt This is directly from the manufacturers web site that you linked to, it is NOT legal. "HID and LED bulbs are street legal in the USA for Fog Light use only. Not compliant with DOT / FMVSS108 and not street legal in the USA for Headlights." Sorry partner...illegal in all states for headlights.

@@1-Nice-Guy after Seeing your Comment I went to the Website and saw that. thanks for it. in my car I have LED since 2011 when i bought my Car. I have not had any issue. so since they have been on the car for that long and only replacement twice. since i had the car. I think I am going to keep them on. Thanks for letting me know.
