Lasko 3720 WeatherShield Box Fan | Spring 2023 Startup and Test

Testing the Lasko 3720 WeatherShield box fan from 2013 or 2014 for Spring 2023. I have not performed any maintenance to this fan other than occasionally blowing out the motor with compressed air. The bearings sound a little rattly when cool but after a few minutes it seems copacetic.
The only problem appears to be the handle, which has been broken for a while but I just ignored it because I never really moved the fan around. Now that I may use it in different parts of the house from time to time, I will probably fix the handle this year.

I'm trying to see hold long mine will last by not coming apart like it has been lol . The handle already broke and now the nob is busted unfortunately , luckily I haven't lost the feet to to them but I can get replacements if I wanted to . I really don't use it too often usually when I'm working , these generally are decent fans definitely holds a candle to the 3733 considering the blades are thicker and more powerful motor . I enjoyed the demonstration of your weather shield lasko box fan .

These definitely have much better performance than the 3733s do, but the handles seem to be just as bad. I'll probably do a video on fixing the handle of this one soon.

The only problem appears to be the handle, which has been broken for a while but he just ignored it because he never really moved the fan around. Now that he may use it in different parts of the house from time to time, he will probably fix the handle this year.

I did have a second one I used at work but then I gave it to my grandfather. He still has it and it still works.

Years ago Lasko used to have a parts division of their website where the feet could be ordered. I'm not sure if they still do or not. Chances are they still for a price that's not worth purchasing.

Jordan, I have good news, You may be able to repair the old "Weather Shield" or "Water Proof" Box fan with new feet and handle kzbin.info/www/bejne/hKfXf3SPjqmDY7s @TheSuperFanMan has bought parts and they work for any fan by Lasko, Box, Desk, Circulators etc. I hope it helps May be able to have the fan looking a bit better so it holds up better than it does now.
