How about a video going thru the steps of clarifier/verifier/lens for 3D ?

I got the 3 Rivers Archery arrow spinner / squaring device this spring. It uses bearings as well and the squaring portion slides on and off. Only gripe with it is that it uses adhesive backed sandpaper but it comes with 5 or 6 pieces.

The 20 dollar 3D printed one i got off someone on ebay works great so far…looks just like this, but has a slot for sandpaper instead which i like. i use 260ish grit…has bearings also. Hopefully it holds up a bit

Would love a video comparing box vises. Can’t decide which one to order from ya.

can you take the sanding plate all the way out and use it as an arrow spinner?
@jnm_hunts4 ай бұрын
Yes you can. I own one but it doesn’t spin as freely as you’d like. Too much resistance on the wheels but gets the job done. If you’re unsure you can always spin test by spinning on the tip of the broadhead or field tip on a table.

If you take the squaring edge off could it be an arrow spinner too?

Got one from Whale Archery that has bearings and squaring end that uses sand paper discs look to be identical to the ones for a Dremel and was £22.79 cheap Chinese but well made I'm in UK and it took 10 days to arrive but worked great with my VAP SS arrows.

You know if you read the instructions, it's not just a squaring device it's also an arrow spinning device. You just take the cutter off the end. It slides in and out of the channel

This looks like a fully metal version of the Be Square(b2) Squaring and Spinning Tool that I bought last year.

If you have their saw it has a square tool in it . Does this provide any benefit over their saw

I like it. Now if only someone could make this to square the end of an arrow with an IW collar.

Very reminiscent of the Firenock APS tool.
@michaelhoffman13604 ай бұрын
My thought as well. Except the firenock tool is longer, you can add more bearings to support more of the arrow, and it works well not bolted down. The only downside is the need for sandpaper, but that really is not a big deal.

Hadn't intended to go in to details - not trying to be an advert for Firenock! 😄 But yes, you can add additional bearing mounts, and adjust the spacing of the housings - allowing you to square fletched vanes, even if your vanes are very long. Obviously the LCA also squares fletched shafts, but the fixed bearing locations mean that there is a limit to how long you can go. I actually like the use of sandpaper, as you can obviously use different grades depending on your usage, and it's also cheap and quick to replace (assuming adhesive backed paper of course, but you could always just use double sided tape with normal sandpaper). If you want a heavier duty abrasive, you can get a 1x6" diamond plate for around $2, cut a length off, and glue that on instead.

The bearings on this tool suck if you’re using the tool to spin test your arrow

It's ridiculous, that given the ID of the arrow is the most controlled measurement on the arrow, we square it to the OD. I'm sure this one is very different than all the other ones that use a flat surface to square and bearings to roll the arrow on.

Everything Last Chance makes is really expensive . I'm not convinced it is worth it. Their arrow saw is over $500.00
