I hear you about therapy. Started it this year and the main reason was because I’d unload my thoughts and feelings on my friends and family then feel guilty. So much nicer to do it with a therapist instead. I’d feel lighter after with no guilt. Beautiful feeling. Proud of you bro.

Therapy will always be a sensitive topic in our community and I'm glad that it's starting to become more accepted (and that probably started because of the pandemic shutdown). I've always been an advocate for therapy as someone who's struggled with anxiety since I was a kid. The journey of wanting to be better for yourself so you can be a better person for other people and those around you and those that you love. Being aware of how you're feeling and behaviors, figuring out behaviors you want to change and understand the root of why those actions happen, you know? It doesn't have to involve something that needs to be fixed (or maybe there is), but people could always treat themselves better, speak to themselves in a more positive manner. That energy could radiate to others around you. Currently trying to find a new therapist 😅, but I think everyone should be involved in some way shape or form. Side note Obi - The places you get your clothes from, could you put the websites in description or add text on the screen (if possible). If not, totally okay as well! I believe you wore this piece of clothing in your most recent Italy video - I think (?) it was a cable cable knit button up shirts from? (or at least I think they're cable knit lol). By any chance, do you remember where you got this from? Keep up the good work man, I enjoy your videos and I hope you have a great week

Ok… I giggled at the name phat phuc lol. I know it’s Vietnamese but still funny when translated… but the food looks amazing! I have the same problem with having big thighs and a smaller waist and having to have my pants(trousers) tailored… but it’s not muscle… lmao. Is it the eye surgery you’re having again? I know they are being cautious but what about running or swimming after a couple of weeks? I know you can do it but I feel your pain. Oh! Maybe you can do a vacation to pass a week or so of that 6 weeks?! (Not me trying to spend your money 😭) I love how therapy and mental health is at the forefront of self care right now! ❤

10:30 i hate it on the hanger it looks good on you though. 11:33 camel perhaps? the surgery is going to go fine. the time will fly by like last time. take time to do those things you dont get a chance to as much as you would like. enjoy your therapy its a great thing. to be honest i think the vast majority of people should be doing that at least some what regularly. i dont think you stopped being creative really. perhaps in a traditional sense but it shows in your content (the shot & editing and musical choices) also in your clothing choices.
