just wanted to leave some reassurance that the “chill” factor that your vlogs give off is the main appeal to your vlogs! I understand feeling like you’re in a creative rut, but take comfort in the fact that most people are here because they enjoy what you are already doing. if you notice a lot of people use your vlogs to wine down and simply relax. it’ll really suck if they end up becoming a point of stress for you… just keep doing what you’re doing because you’re amazing at it and we’re all here just along for the ride!

It's a weird feeling indeed. My last relationship I was with my lady for 8 years so nearly half of what you mastered but when you've been with someone so long and now you're free to look around, it's strange because the landscape has changed so much it's alien to you. It seems everyone is in a "open relationship" or have "side chicks"...I know I sound like an old man but I mostly had serious relationships and never chased extra women so don't know anything about that life. I keep myself in the gym also and have developed other goals and interests to keep me fresh and stay evolving.

To be honest, It never bores me to watch your vlogs. I enjoy them, they make me fell good, relax, actually it´s quite a special moment of the week when I just get my laptop, sit on the couch and see what you´v been doing during your week. I know that when it´s not there it´s not there, but hope that if you take the time to read this it will help you fell a bit better and understand that your content its not boring at all. I´v been folllowing you for years and I can say from the heart that you are my FAVORITE content creator. Thank you very much Obi. Much love from Spain.

Obiiii! Watching you learn ballet brought me so much joy.💜 😂 You may need a break soon if you're able. When creative stagnation comes over me, I know it's time to prioritize things that pour back into me, creatively. Perhaps, painting, more dance classes, cooking new recipes, crafting and the like would be helpful. Blessings

You never workout outdoors. I love your legs, your recovery is amazing!!! So sorry about your bike. I take my bike with me when i go to the bathroom (in the public restroom). My favorite place now is Randall's Island. I put a lock on my back tire when i am sitting on my mat on the grass. Someone is always watching a female by herself.

Mate, I'm a few years older than you and was/am stuck in a rut and just out of long term relationship (21 years) and I was stuck in the mindset that living by myself wasn't right. Watching your vlogs has shown me that this is the lifestyle I want, live by myself, find the things that bring meaning to my live, do the things that are important to me. I had eye surgery in March on my left eye and will need surgery on my right soon, I missed what happened for you, going to go back through the archive. These vlogs are perfect for a certain demographic which I'm in, so do what you have to do mate to take care of yourself but make sure you show us you "highlight reel" and the fun things you do, I had never thought of trying ballet.

Obi, I'm 3 or so years younger than you and I live in a different continent thousands of miles away. But I say this with all honesty... you lead your life in the exact way I'd like to lead mine. The organization, simplicity, commitment, hard work, being single and living in your own space. And doing it all with dignity, like you do. You've been my fav YT channel for a while now. Please don't change up your content for whatever. These vlogs are often the highlight of our week. Bless you man.

Hey Obi. Greetings from the US. I don't ever try to tell anyone how to feel but if I could give you a little perspective from one of your viewers. The fact that you have these concerns, bad days, or internal motivation questions, and that you share it with us is one of the reasons I watch your content. It makes you more of a person and less of a "fitness personality". In shape individuals who make fitness content is far from rare, but someone who takes you on a short trip through their real life is very connective and appealing. I think a lot of content creators could learn a lot from you. Okay rant over. Cheers brother. Keep up the good work!

Honestly my man: you being honest and showing life from all angles is a niche I dont think you are realising that you are one of the best at. You even do it while being funny. You are an emotional and soft man (not physically, your pretty hard there), and those are your strengths and unique characteristics that we all come back for. When it comes to finding out what you want to do, I always say that the answer lies right in front of you, you just can't see it yet. In plain sight lies genius. Ask yourself if you are limiting yourself in any way. Ask yourself if you are doing what you dream of. Are you creating the change you want to see in the world, every day? Good luck my man! ❤

honestly love watching your videos Obi. I never feel more calm, motivated and peaceful watching your life updates. it must be quite lovely knowing you personally. I've only recently started training for my health and have been taking myself on solo dates more in the past not so much of late. I didnt think of it as a solo date until now, I just enjoyed my company and had been a bit stuck in my introverted ways. but it was a blessing still being able to feel comfortable being on my own. Anyways you are doing great Obi, whatever you want to do or need to do in life you can achieve. I look forward to any future videos you do ❤

Hey obi I am a personal trainer in Florida. I just graduated from university and I’m doing really well objectively. I have a PT Management job at a gym. I have an online coaching app and online clients. I feel like I’m in the same boat as you right now, mentally. Sometimes it can just be tough. A lot of hours on the laptop like you said. It’s fulfilling but it’s just not always glam. Thanks for sharing, I think we just need to push through. Any hardships (like your upcoming surgeries) we can overcome and they ultimately make us stronger and happier in the long run.

Omg you learning ballet! 😭 I love it! ❤ Do what you feel you need to do… we all need breaks from work… even our passions. It’s a little different for you because your work and private life are more merged than the average person, so I can see how it would be difficult to find a good balance. But taking time off from vlogging for a bit may give you more perspective or you may feel refreshed. I’ve been watching you for a while and the vlogs don’t get old to me! I'm more of a creature of habit than yourself in that I would go to the same place once every weekend. I used to love traveling up from Streatham where I used to live, by train to victoria. Then I would take the 38, just when they were converted to new routemasters, because I love the interior of those buses. I would bus it up to Charing Cross Road, and then I'd go into the Folyes cafe, the pre-renovation Foyles. The cafe had such a cosy feel to it at the time, with wooden floors, benches and tables, with Jazz playing in the background... I would sit on a wooden stool by the window with a book, or my maths textbook for 2-3 hours with a top-up of coffee and some cookies, and just glance out the window every now and again at the passing tourists down below. For me it was my little weekend haven. There's a book I have called 'A life of One's Own' by Marion Milner (given me by one of my old bosses as a gift years ago); she has some interesting ideas on enjoying your own company; she experimented a lot with solitude. I think you'd find it an interesting read.

I have to have a serious surgery and the only way to really get it without spending 10s of thousands is going back to the UK for NHS. I been putting it off cause I don't want to be in the UK anymore especially for months whilst having to go through appointments and then surgery then healing, could take me god knows how long. Anyway I appreciate u mentioning this as its been a tough mental battle for me. I'm going to go back sometime over the next 6 months but for now I'm enjoying the Carribean
