Last Epoch Death Seal Lich [0.9F]

Your typical Death Seal Lich with high crit chance, necrotic damage and cast speed. We use Transplant to inflict bone curse, and spam rip blood to reapply bone curse. Each bone curse crits when attacked. Can face tank pretty much everything (except T4)
