Just so you don’t feel alone with it both my and my friend when coming off birth control got our acne back and my friends hair fell out a lot. But after like 6month it has balanced out and my skin is cleared up fully and my friends is on there way. Hopefully yours will do the same! I really do appreciate that you haven’t blurred your skin online as this is how most people skins looks in life ❤

I had hormonal acne not from taking the pill but I went keto and my skin cleared. Insulin levels drop when you drop carbs and skin clears. My skin is glowing now.i lift weights too when I first started keto I had to go easier on the weights. But once your body adapts lifting and exercise is generally back to normal. I tried everything keto or even just going lower carb really helped my skin and hormones. Would highly recommend giving it a try for a little while. Don't be hard on yourself aswell you are so beautiful inside and out. Trust the process and keep trying to find what works for you xx
