Hello, I have a major,, major question to ask you. I just watched one of your videos about freezing things. You said something about when you freeze meats that they could last up to a year. .. I have a foodsaver and for some odd reason that i would throw away my chicken & or hamburger if they have sit in my freezer for just a little over 6 months. I don't know why but i get very scared of eating those meats if they have sit in my freezer for that amount of time.. Do you think that i could have waited a little more time before throwing those meats away?? In a way i guess it could be okay to eat. I guess I didn't want to get myself sick by eating those type of meats. I never actually open them up to see if they are bad or not. I guess i could do that. I have gotten to assume that they would have been bad... ????? .. lol.. I guess i am just making it hard on myself to assume the worse...lol... but, what do you think?? thanks!!

I've made Mississippi Roast since I first saw it on your channel - my favorite way to cook a chuck roast! We rarely have any roast left over to do sliders, but when we do they are awesome. Love you, Kimmy, and hope you and your family are doing well! (Tell Mr. Toodles that I said "hey"!)

I’m in the UK and Super Bowl is the best night of the year. I’m a massive buccs fan. We go to a local bar to watch it. We don’t get home till 4am (good old time difference) I am considering a Super Bowl party next year though so these are good ideas 😊

Thanks Kimmy! I have a similar chili dip recipe my Mother in Law shared. I just put the cream cheese, chili (no bean) and cheese in a sauce pot and melt it all together. I put it in my smallest slow cooker to keep warm. It's great as a dip and on burgers. Love your channel!

This happen to me today after church but because I had a stock pantry I was able to pull a meat and cheese tray together, savory popcorn with pretzels, nuts and some really good chocolate. Not fancy 😜 but it works.

I use a Chuck roast to make chalupas. Old recipe I got from e foods app I no longer use but I got the recipe emailed to myself. Makes great leftovers

Use a piece of the regular sized pepperoni to cover the hole of the bagel then put on the sauce, cheese & other toppings!

These are some great (and delicious looking) ideas! When I make corn dip, I add a can of drained and rinsed black beans. And I see that you are a scoop fanatic, too (Frito Scoops work as well). It *must be served with scoops! LOL

Oh my goodness I can wait to try these! I’ve been wanting to make that pot roast but my husband doesn’t like the peppers can you taste them much? I thought I would just eat the pepper part myself lol

Just my opinion here, but no you can't taste them. It just gives the meat added flavor. I make it often for my children who don't like spice and I don't serve the peppers on top of theirs. No complaints in my home! (I've done it with beef and chicken)

These ideas are great. I like the idea of making foods similar to what you might get at a game, like hotdogs, nachos, popcorn. I’ve got little smokies in the freezer, apricot jam none one is eating in the fridge. I think I’ll get out some pineapple and bbq sauce and try that. 😁
