This is the story of how I teamed up with my best friends to break the world record in the 4x100 Medley Relay at the Swim England masters championships in ponds forge, Sheffield. The day did not start as we had hoped with injuries and near misses.

I think you should definitely try to get some new lifetime pbs! If I look at your butterfly now I think it looks better in terms of training then back in around 2019 where most of your pbs are from if I got the data correctly

I think getting a world class coach made you a much better swimmer then you were a view years ago. Seriously give the 50 and 100 free and fly a try I think you can break some long standing marks there
