Apparently clocked in the winter at late 70s, but definitely quicker this summer. We will get a speed gun in the nets this winter and make a vid of it....

who is quicker george jackson or tricki?..... from the vids it looks to me like george has the edge in pace but tricki looks quite sharp aswell. But from a video is hard to tell fully.

At our field we also have air traffic. once we had an umpire who would stop the game everytime an earoplane would go to land on Cape Town International. He is deceased now. May he rest in peace. We had wonderful times with him after games. We would share a drink or two after the game with our umpires.

Yeah - we do that with some of the umpires. The plane traffic over Bank of England ground was really annoying - it was constant, every 2 or 3 minutes!

We used to play 80 overs first innings and un limited 2nd innings over two saturdays. Then they changed it to 70 overs and later to 60 overs. Now we play 50 overs one day rules. Our top teams still play the 60 overs first innings and unlimited 2nd innings. Nice game.

Good innings son and I like the tea interval food review ha ha. You should do it for all away games. Yogi was better at looking like Richie Richardson than catching. Well bowled Jonny long cocky son. Toss em up. Should be on sooner and before Shareef who played his usual flurry of boundaries and then got out stupidly again.

If we have a short game, yes. Though it might get a bit dull - its a balance between showing everything people want and trying to keep the run time to a reasonable level.

Luke Merrett Build a platform and then allow the hitters to take advantage at the back end of the innings always help when one of the top 5 scores a 100. Jacko 4, Yogi 5, Shareef 6, Simon 7 not a bad lineup to have when you have a platform 👍
