Could not agree more. Love all things edged. I have a couple "Hatchets" that are pretty inventive. A couple like the SOG and that Eastwing that are very limited on use. I prefer a larger cutting head that can actually chop and split wood. Thanks for another great video brother.

Speaking of the age of stainless steel, was wondering if you have ever looked into stainless steel cookware? A lot of people, myself included, for health and environmental/sustainability reasons are moving away from non-stick to stainless, carbon steel and back to the old trusty cast iron as well as enameled cast iron like Le Creuset. I'm building up a collection of the Demeyere Atlantis line of stainless which once you get the heat factor dialed in combines the benefits of non-stick and the heat retention/distribution you get from cast iron and carbon but with the plus of stainless. Demeyere is considered the Rolls Royce of stainless cookware with the only 7 ply on the market. The trade-off is handling the extra weight which is not for everyone. Ned the owner/host at Cook Culture on KZbin provides great info on the benefits of stainless, carbon and cast iron and how to use and maintain them. Just a thought. Learning a lot from your channel!

No Al cookware here. Antique cast iron preferred. Stainless second. Ti for camping.

rebadged hx outdoors...been using these as urban survival tool for past 4 years...only thing needed is duct tape on pry section as too sharp...plus the belt clip is not conducive to walk or run...should be a dangler..ive used that end hole as tp attach rope as hawk used as improvised grappling hook

thats sears estwing "hawk" is the most hideous thing ive ever seen . it has zero appeal and looks like torture on your hands. i seriously have no idea why any blade enthusiast would buy one.
