I was on the run with nobody I could trust. One of these came in super handy for retrieving a tracking device out of my nose. Without it, I would've never been able to get my ass to Mars.

Great find I put one in my cart. It's funny because it came up as a subscription. I had to change it to a one time buy. I have a couple borescopes and just bought one I think you would like if you don't have one. It's an articulating head. You turn a knob and the head moves. You can have it make a U turn and point back to you. They aren't as stiff as a regular borescope. I haven't needed it yet but I am sure I will find some use out of it.

I have a set of “Alligator Forceps” also called “Ear Forceps” that has saved my bacon several times. The longer 16” has gone diving in the garbage disposal several times to retrieve the wife’s ring or other things that should not be ground up. I’ve also used them for fishing wires, grabbing dropped nuts, etc. They do the same thing but in a more refined way.

They should make a small 5 inch one/ pen size. Great to go with a pen light. Would love one for a holster multitool set

10’ is perfect. Losing your keys in a drainage system would be perfect to retrieve it.

You need a neodymium magnet to hook on the end. Sometimes a magnet is the best way to grab things.

They make shorter versions to use for getting olives out of jars as well.

Are they strong enough to pull a locked car door thing from the inside Aka can these be used for locked car doors?
@jontaylor45119 ай бұрын
we had cars here that had a door lock shaped like a golf tee, if your window was open slightly you could open them with a loop of wire from a coathanger.

I have "NEVER" seen one that long before and i had a smaller one and it worked extremely poor when i owned it so i shit canned it .... BUT....... I am still on the fence but you may have brought me over to the dark side Doc ...... For the price i might as well give it another try , it has been a few years so i might have to do a lil bit of investigating . Thank for the info Dos !

Once on site a different tradesman dropped his keys down a cavity wall. This would of come in well handy. They ended up going a floor down and chasing all the bricks out to get his keys. Daft guy

How come there are so many of these with the same design? Aren't these patented?

Indispensable... AKA, 'Mechanical Fingers' in many circles. So far never personally had need for the 83' extra long version/s; but it's nice knowing they're easily obtainable.

If you need that, things have gotten way out of hand.

This thing is garbage.. 10ft.. wouldn’t want to take it in moisture.. can’t bend it… I’d delete the video and save the embarrassment..
