Juicy tuna salad - The colorful pasta salad with lots of crunchy vegetables and tuna not only tastes wonderfully fresh, the salad is also easy and quick to prepare and looks wonderful. This salad is a delicious and healthy side dish for lunch or dinner and a great idea for the party and as a meal prep recipe, have fun!

Ingredients for the colorful pasta salad with tuna:
300 grams of pasta, 1 teaspoon of salt
1 red pointed pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1 small cucumber
140 g corn
2 spring onions
1/2 green apple
260 grams of tuna (2 cans)
Salad dressing:
1 - 2 teaspoons of mustard
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 - 2 tbsp Aceto di Vino Bianco (white wine vinegar)
1 - 2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of sugar
100 g yogurt
salt and pepper

Hallo, es gibt jetzt eine wirkliche Alternative zum Thunfisch, nämlich der vegane Thunfisch von garden gourmet!!! Ich bin total begeistert und kann es nur empfehlen. Von der Konsistenz, vom Geschmack. Unglaublich!!! Musste mehrfach auf das Etikett schauen und mich vergewissern ob das nicht doch echter Thunfisch ist!!

Remember that's a German inventory dish. Italian will never pour senape, ketchup, mayonnaise, and others stuffs in a pasta salad. Unfortunately true Italian will never even dare compose such dish...
