Excellent recipe. I have a recommendation. Don't throw away those green leaves of cauliflower. Just remove the stalks. Simmer a bit those green leaves. Then make a paste along with garlic and green chilli. Then fry the paste with a little bit oil and salt. It tastes great with rice and roti or Paratha. ❤️ From india 🇮🇳

We are all sinners and we have all fell short of our sins. Our sins will cost us our souls, for the wages of sin is death. There is GREAT NEWS. Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ died on the cross, was buried, and rose on the third day to save you from the destruction of your sins. For sins yields to death, without believing in the gospel, accepting Jesus into your hearts, repenting and turning away from your sins, your souls will not enter into Heaven. Your souls will be casted into hell for eternity. Jesus is returning soon, but time is severly short. This world and what it has to offer is fleeting away as I type this, however the word of God stands forever. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He loves you and thought about you since the beginning of creation, and every moment that lead up to him on the crucifixion on the cross. Accept him now. Build a personal and deep relationship with him. God Bless you.💛

Slice the cauliflower into thinner slices (like you’d slice a mushroom), then it’s much easier to coat and breadcrumb the slices, they cook better and are crunchier

Made this. It is definitely not ready in a few minutes: be prepared for a lot of work. Above all, putting the cauliflower through the breadcrumb, eggs and the flour is a messy job and I constantly needed to wash and scrub the sticky ingredients of my fingers 😁 . But hey: it was worth it, in the end it tasted delicious!!!

I always pre-cook the cauliflower in the pressure cooker until just not quite tender. That is the best way to keep as many nutrients as possible - but, and this is not nothing - boiling in water for five minutes cuts a lot of the sulphur taste which some folks really hate. Boiling in milk, even more so.

That looks yummy but my husband hates even the smell of cauliflower cooking. But I will keep this recipe for when he goes fishing, I can eat the lot by myself 😂

in order to cook cauliflower without the smell, you can try adding a tbsp of vinegar to the water, a bay leaf or chunks of bread... or all three LOL And avoid using aluminum/iron pots.

Looks delicious and I agree what the other poster said, cut thin slices. I would use my air fryer instead of the oven.

I can’t wait to try this. It reminds me of the way my mom used to make zucchini, except that she fried rather than baked the zucchini. But baking would be healthier than frying it!

Because they work better together, just like breading a chicken tender for baking or frying. Flour, egg wash, flour and/or bread crumbs.

Great recipe!!! I’m T2 diabetic and counting carbs in my diet, could it be posible to change the bread crumbs for ground pork rinds and the flour for almond flour? I will try to replace and see how it goes and update here for those also limiting carbs in their diet. Thanks again! 🎉🎉
