I really didn’t like how Oliver took that clip out of context. WWE knew full well that the crowd was gonna boo the shit out of Roman that night, and clearly turned up the crowd mics. And to think that jesse ventura tried to form a union in the WWF, back when it was both him and hogan. And he only found out years later that when hogan found out, by word of mouth backstage. That Hogan went directly to vince, thus getting ventura fired almost immediately. Supremely fucked up

I’d like to point out that all the info you have about the WWE more less also applies to the UFC. And I’d go as far to say that Dana white is an even bigger POS then Vince. And to paint The WWE with the brush and not mention how the ufc is essentially the exact same thing is kinda picking and choosing… did Dana sponsor this video or? Cuz… he dodged a bullet. And if it’s political… let’s remember that both Vince and Dana are trump buddies so…. Just seems weird to harp on one and not the other…. Atleast the WWE is still entertaining lol. UFC is total dog shiii at this point
@moogle68Ай бұрын
They only have so much time to work with, and with the main story typically only covering about ~20 minutes of the show, I'm sure it would be too confusing to keep alternating between the two companies. Even if they did 10 mins on each group, that wouldn't be nearly enough time to get across the points they would have probably wanted to about them, considering how much there is to talk about. It's fine for you to suggest a segment on UFC since it is similarly controversial, but don't literally accuse them of taking money from Dana White just because they didn't try to squeeze in another, equally controversial, fighting show to an already filled up episode.
@derekbrown1745Ай бұрын

@@derekbrown1745 I never told you what you could and couldn't say. I merely explained why it's an unfair criticism when they have limited time to work with. I don't think I'm "standing up for them", either, just explaining why your expectations of what they can do are unreasonable. However, the channel itself never shows up in the comments to reply to people, so I would say that they _do_ need people to stand up for them, unless you think it's okay to allow people to make unsubstantiated claims and accusations towards their work and leave them unanswered.
